Mid-Century (1960s) West German ceramic table lamp fired in Fat Lava glaze featuring an extended brass stem with functioning light switch socket protruding from a carved oval wood top in a dark veneer, a lobed organic form body with a heavily textured drip glaze in gradations of beige and brown, coagulating at the bottom in a glossy brown reduction. (CARSTENS) (Similar piece: DUL0031) No harp. Electrics working. Ships without shade.
