The sculptural base, hand-blown in a sumptuous deep violet glass with luminous depth and subtle variations, reflects Morin’s mastery of organic form and color. Signed on the underside and newly re-electrified, this piece embodies the refined artistry of the Atelier du Pontil in Dieulefit, where Morin established his reputation as a leading figure of contemporary French glass.
