About the Item
A French Empire style Corinthian column table lamp in marble. A decorative carved spiral, twists around the marble column, which is topped and tailed with a brass capital and brass foot, both of which are pressed with acanthus leaves and scrolled corners. The base is a black cubed block made of acrylic, with a stepped plinth decorated with gold painted acanthus leaves. A bell-shaped cream linen shade is topped with a heavy brass ball finial. Lamp measures 5.5"W x 5.5"D x 25.5"H to top of socket, 33"H to top of finial. Shade measures 15"W x 15"D x 10.75"H.
