Weller Eocean glazed ceramic vase in a rare Art Nouveau "Whip-Lash" silhouette. The vase is decorated with Queen Anne's lace on a ground of gray-greens which fade at the base to a buff white. Drilled, electrified, and fitted with a black shade.
