Exceptional
Elegant Mid Century Modern table lamp 'B 99'. Designed by Hans-Agne Jakobsson, 1962 for AB Markaryd, Sweden.
According to a confirmation letter in German language, written and signed personally by the designer Hans-Agne Jakobsson for the previous German owner, this table lamp was designed on July 17, 1962. This model was produced in a small number. Surprisingly, the designer calls it in his letter "G 99", not "B 99".
The buyer will get various documentation and the personally signed letter of the designer (see the last image).
Executed in brass and white enameled aluminum, the lamp comes with 1 x E27 / E26 Edison screw fit bulb socket, is wired, in working condition and runs both on 110 / 230 volt. Delivery without bulb.
Our lights are checked, cleaned and suitable for use in the USA.
For usage in US you would only have to change the plug or get a holiday converter.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
