About the Item
Amazing French 19th century Neoclassical-theme table lamp, recently converted from gas to electric. The new lampshade features a black exterior and silver, tortoiseshell pattern on the interior. The dark metal lamp body is decorated like a miniature Corinthian column: fluted to crisp filet ridges around the circumference, with brass capital and base densely populated with foliate motifs. A squared lamp base corresponds to the shade above as a very cohesive ensemble. Cleaned and wired for US electrical using UL listed parts this lamp is ready to be placed in your interior.
