Description : French contemporary plaster lamp by Renzo Maar. Material : plaster, brass ; signed. Reminiscent of graffiti that can be found on the walls, columns and monuments of Rome and which have been inspiring so many artists like Cy Twombly, this lamp is in white plaster. Orders : 3/4 weeks. Renzo Maar is a young French-Italian artist and designer working with materials such as stoneware, plaster and metal. Passionate by the works of historical artists and designers like Alberto and Diego Giacometti, Jean Michel Frank, Serge Roche, Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouvé, Line Vautrin, Jean Royère and François-Xavier and Claude Lalanne, he combines minimalist shapes and pure colors to design mirrors, lamps and furniture.
