Grande lampe en fer forgé dans le goût des Ateliers Marolles 1950's
Les Ateliers de Marolles furent fondés dans les années 1940 dans le village de Marolles-en-Brie (Seine-et-Marne) par Jean Touret, sculpteur et ferronnier d’art. Rassemblant une communauté d'artisans — ferronniers, ébénistes, céramistes — les ateliers produisent un mobilier unique, à mi-chemin entre art populaire et art sacré. Chaque pièce, souvent en chêne massif et fer forgé, est marquée par une expressivité rustique, une simplicité noble et un profond attachement aux matériaux bruts. L’esprit des Ateliers de Marolles rejette la production industrielle au profit du travail manuel, communautaire et poétique. Aujourd’hui, les œuvres issues de ces ateliers sont très prisées des amateurs de design et de mobilier spirituel ou sculptural, notamment dans les collections de design français des années 1950.
