Design Classic "Lampe Gras". French work table lamp Gras 201 by Bernard Albin Gras for the company Ravel Clamart. 1930s.
Industrial design. Rare gray enameled metal shade. Marked. This lamp can bei attached to a table top or even a shelf. Original condition of the 30s. Many famous designers like Eileen Gray or Le Corbusier had this lamps in their studios. Bayonet socket, no dents or heavy signs of use, no chipping. Ball joints not worn out. The steel has been brushed. Only light signs of use consistent with age. The height of 68 cm is still variable upwards. The lamp has been professionally re-electrified. New cable, new plug.
