About the Item
Stunning Italian Art Deco mushroom-shaped table lamp fully made in brass. This incredibly rare and elegant lamp was produced in Italy during the 1940s.
In amazing condition, the brass has a charming uniform bronzed patina that has been left unpolished to preserve its character and historical value.
This sculptural lamp is defined by its distinctive flat dome-shaped shade, which creates a warm and atmospheric downlight effect. The central stem is enhanced by finely turned brass details. The solid round base features its original Bakelite switch, which is still perfectly working.
The lamp has been rewired and tested and is compatible with both US and EU/UK standards. It uses a single E27 light bulb.
A highly decorative lighting piece, ideal for elevating both classic and contemporary interiors with a touch of Italian Deco character and timeless elegance.
