Classic mid-century styling, Esther has a hand poured porcelain base with hand turned walnut neck and finial. The shade is made from a nubbly boucle. Nickel hardware, black cloth cord. Designed by Daniel Oates and Dana Brandwein in 2008. Handmade to order. All electrical components are UL listed. Maximum 60 watt light bulb. * Shown in vanilla bean glaze. There will be variation. Our vanilla bean glaze is a semi-matte, almost satin finished white glaze with specs that remind us of vanilla bean ice-cream. Because this is a drippy glaze we dip the bottom of the lamp a few inches up with our snowflake to catch the drip. Our oyster glaze is a beautifully neutral cream colored gloss glaze that is quite drippy. You may see some layering drips and the bottom is dipped a few inches up with our glossy white glaze to keep the cream glaze from hitting the kiln shelf. A large mid century modern teak tripod table lamp. The body of the lamp is turned teak. The three legs are also turned teak. All of the teak has been sanded and waxed. The lamp has the original Bakelite bulb holder and adjustable lamp shade holder. The lamp has been rewired with twisted black cloth flex and fitted with a new black inline on/off switch.
