About the Item
A stunning one-of-a-kind mid-century modern glazed ceramic vase/lamp with continuous decoration involving both hand-carving/engraving and hand painting/ glazing. Mounted as a lamp on circular wood base. Apparently un-marked, although it has not been inspected under the mounts.
This lamp dates form the late 1950's or early 1960's and very probably originates from Italy or France.
The wiring and lamp fittings are original.
The total height is 28.5 inches, the height of the ceramic vase (base included) is 21.5 inches. the diameter is 8 inches
