About the Item
Marvelous large sculptural table lamp fully made of curved leather and completed with a parchment paper lampshade. This unique table lamp was designed by Nova Tecno and produced in Italy during the 1970s.
In amazing condition. This striking lamp features a tall, organically shaped base entirely clad in richly patinated brown thick Italian leather, hand-worked to create a fluid, almost draped surface with soft folds. The lamp is completed by a cone-shaped lampshade in parchment paper that pairs perfectly with the deep chocolate-toned leather and solid brass stem.
When lit, the effect is simply spectacular. The lamp comes wired and tested, compatible with both US and EU/UK standards, and uses a standard E26/27 light bulb.
A bold and elegant lighting piece, perfect for Organic Modern or eclectic interiors, and for collectors seeking unique Italian craftsmanship from the 1970s.
