This minimal yet materially captivating Mid-Century Modernist Articulating Table Lamp in Striated Resin Shade Polished Brass Base originates from the Untied States, Circa 1950. Features a lovely organic shade in caste resin. One can view a variety of colors and hues balancing to provide a natural amber hue to the shade when illuminated, working beautifully with the polished brass base and body of the table lamp. The shade and curved arm of the piece both articulate at a variety of angles, ideal for daily use and perfect styling, with original hardware and switch on the base. This piece exemplifies beautifully the design sensibilities of Mid-Century Modernism with its minimal yet carefully considered blend of organic and geometric forms, and stunning fabrication and use of materials. This lamp will style effortlessly in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
