This well scaled and materially dynamic Mid-Century Modernist Volcanic Glazed Ceramic Table Lamp W/ Illuminated Openings is by Hustadt Leuchten and originates from France, Circa 1970. Features a rounded sculptural ceramic body with a stunning glazed pattern in cream and warm earth tones carefully applied to create a strong contrast and a serene natural appearance with additional detailing of scooped half-circle grooves revealing an illuminated inner body of the lamp, a gorgeous moment of thoughtful design rewarding longer viewing and deep appreciation. Fitted with a custom raw silk drum shade, beautifully proportioned to the body of the lamp and rendered in the highest quality materials. This substantial table lamp will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
