About the Item

Very solid and rare brass piano lamp from the 1950s - 1960s. It is a lamp by the company Joseph Brumberg from Sundern. The lamp is made of brass with a heavy metal base covered with black shrink lacquer. The lamp stands out with its organic shape. The shade can be adjusted via a joint. Another joint is located at the base (adjustable). The lamp is switched on and off via a push switch on the base. The lamp is in good condition with typical patina on the brass surfaces, as well as paint damage inside the shade - see pictures. It can be used as a piano lamp or as a table lamp.
