MULLER FRERES, Lunéville, Art Nouveau table lamp in marbled sandblasted glass, wrought iron base. Production is around 1900 which is contemporary with the times and the Art Nouveau period. This is an original period piece.
Signed.
Height 34cm.
The Muller brothers were founders of the Muller Frères glass factory in Lunéville, France. They are French art glassmakers from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods. The family includes nine brothers and one sister. They were all trained in the glass-working trades. The best known are Eugène Muller (1883-1914), Désiré Muller (1877-1952) and Henri Muller (1868-1936)

- Condition:Rewired: The lamp has been professionally rewired. The condition is very good, although the glass exhibits a few tiny scratches (consistent with the removal of the shade) and a few very small nibbles to the bottom rim. Wear consistent with age and use.
