About the Item
Simple and elegant, the River Rock lamp features two stacked ovals turned on a lathe and sanded smooth as river rocks polished by time and water.
The olive wood for our River Rock Lamp is sourced from a fallen olive tree in Altadena, CA. It is hand-turned on a lathe, sanded smooth to the touch, and finished with an environmentally friendly finish. The metal used for the stem and socket is raw brass.
Comes with a cloth-covered wire, in-line switch, brass harp and finial, and handstrung lampshade. Light socket is a standard, E26 bulb base, typical for table lamps. Please use an LED bulb!
The lampshade frame is handmade in Santa Fe Springs, CA and hand-wound with 2mm single-ply cotton cord in natural. The cotton cord is 100 % recycled and OEKA-TEX certified.
Dimensions of wood base: The diameter of each oval is about 7 1/4” and the height of the wood base is 5“. Height with shade is 17 1/4”.
Dimensions of lampshade: 8” diameter x 10” height.
