About the Item

This is a very good pair of Chinese Mirror Black Porcelain Vases that have been fitted as lamps. The black vases have been paired with gilt bronze stands and covers and with the highest quality electrical fittings. The bronze mounts are well cast, chased and gilt. Chinese Monochromes are very desirable with large mirror black ceramics being among the most desirable. The porcelain is in very good original condition and the wiring has been check by a professional. These lamps would add interest to any space from a mid-century to a period 18th c. design.

Additions or alterations made to the original: The vases have been fitted as lamps. The lamp height measurement of 22.5" is to the bottom of the electrical fittings. They measure 36" to the finial and can be adjusted higher. The Chinese mirror black vases are in overall very good to excellent condition. The gilt bronze mounts are of high quality.
