Pair French Empire Ormolu Patinated Bronze Fluted Column Lamps, Signed, Dombrowski Fabricant Rue St. Honoré 343 a Paris, Circa 1830s A magnificent pair of French Empire Ormolu and Patinated Bronze Fluted Column Lamps, signed by Dombrowski Fabricant, Rue St. Honoré 343, Paris, circa 1830s. These lamps stand an impressive 34.5 inches high to the top of the finials and 24 inches high to the top of the columns. Each lamp features finely chased ormolu Corinthian capitals atop elegantly fluted, patinated bronze columns. The lamps are set on 5-inch square ormolu-mounted patinated pedestal bases, providing a sturdy and stylish foundation. The makers' plates, inscribed with "Dombrowski Fabricant Rue St. Honoré 343 a Paris," attest to their authenticity and origin. These lamps exemplify the refined craftsmanship and luxurious aesthetic of the French Empire period. Newly rewired and ready for immediate use, these lamps are ideal for adding a touch of classic elegance to any interior.
