About the Item
This pair of American Art Deco figural chrome plated "Masque" accent lamps were designed circa 1937 by famed industrial designer and illustrator Helen Dryden for Revere Copper and Brass Inc of Rome New York. The beautifully delineated lines of the female face are typical of Ms Dryden's graphic work for Vogue whereas the Machine Age functionality is closer to her iconic streamlined design of the 1937 Studebaker President. The beautiful design is streamlined and exemplary of the Art Deco era. These examples are rare lamps is in excellent condition and have been rewired. Each 3.5ʺW × 3.5ʺD × 10.25ʺH. Unique and Rare
