About the Item
A beautifully mirrored pair of sculptural teardrop lamps from the 1980s, finished in a glossy white glaze. Their flowing, ribbon-like shapes embrace glowing white orb bulbs, creating a soothing and elegant presence. These lamps offer a soft yet striking silhouette that fits effortlessly into both minimalist and eclectic interiors—perfect for adding sculptural light to a console, bedside, or living room space.
Sourced from the untouched inventory of a former Toronto lighting shop and safely stored for over 40 years, these pieces have been lovingly restored. They feature brand-new wiring and include standard bulbs for easy replacement. Both lamps are in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. One has a small glaze skip—a common and charming trait in handmade ceramics—and the white tones differ slightly between the two, enhancing their artisanal character.
