About the Item
This pair of asymmetric clamp lamps, sourced from Germany, dates to the 1970s. Characterized by a minimalist, industrial aesthetic, the lamps feature a functional design constructed from brushed and polished steel.
Design and Construction
Each lamp is equipped with a cylindrical steel spotlight head. The rear of each cylinder features a perforated "revolver" vent pattern to dissipate heat.
The pair consists of two lamps of different heights. Each utilizes a slender tubular steel stem that connects to a heavy-duty C-clamp base, designed for mounting onto desks, shelving, or tables.
The lamps are highly configurable. The spotlight heads are mounted on universal swivel joints, allowing for 360-degree rotation and vertical tilting. Additionally, the vertical stems feature adjustable tension clamps, enabling the height and angle of the main arm to be modified.
