About the Item

Rare pair of baby blue Murano glass mushroom lamps by La Murrina, one-piece opalino glass with soft glow—ideal for nursery, children's room or bedside lighting. Crafted in opalino glass with delicate spiral rigadin striping, the lamps have a gentle, milky translucence that produces a wonderfully soft, calming light. Their pale blue color and diffused glow make them especially suited for bedside lighting, children’s rooms, nurseries, or any setting where a soft, ambient nightlight effect is desired. When unlit, the lamps’ smooth baby-blue hue and sculptural silhouette give them a pleasing decorative presence. The lamps retain their original Vetri Murano (VM) consortium label, code 022, confirming production in the La Murrina workshop. The VM mark was used between 1981 and 2001 to guarantee Murano origin, and code 022 is attributed to La Murrina, a house celebrated for its design-led lighting.
