About the Item
A pair of Czech crystal table lamps in the form of peacocks. The gilt bronze birds are perched elegantly on sinuous branches above ebony marble bases, appearing almost frozen in time, their presence both majestic and gentle. Their tail feathers, adorned with a stunning array of blue, green, amber, and clear Czech crystals. Below this brilliance, a single concealed Edison socket provides illumination. Circa 1950.
