About the Item
Pair of vintage Italian table lamps made by La Murrina during the 1960's. Each lamp is adorned with a shade made from clear Murano glass, hand-blown into delicate, curved handkerchief shapes using the Fazzoletto technique. The gentle curves and folds of the glass evoke the graceful draping of a handkerchief, creating a soft and organic silhouette.
The clear glass shades are enhanced with exquisite white details, which add an element of contrast and visual interest. They are also mounted on brass bases. Includes "La Murrina" signature mark on the glass.
