About the Item

Lovely pair of 20th century Renaissance Revival style table lamps entirely handmade by Bartolozzi Maioli in Firenze, decorated with achantus leaf carving, rose and blue painting. Both circular wooden vases stand on a square stepped base. Each of these Italian base is handcrafted and realized in circa 1970, carved in cembran pine wood, as a center lamp wired for European standard. These colourful Italian lamps come from a private villa in Orvieto. Please notice that dem-ilune LAMPSHADES ARE NOT INCLUDED in price, for dispaly only. They are realized with pale blue fabric and antique embroideries from liturgical vestements are applied on the surface. We can customize and quote price if requested Good condition, wear consistent with age and use. Listed sizes refer to lampbases only. Size Including shades: Height 85 cm by 38 cm by 20 cm deep.
