About the Item

A handsome pair of French 19th century neo-classical st. patinated bronze and Vert de Patricia marble lamps. Each lamp is raised by fine ormolu ball feet below the square Vert de Patricia marble base with a fine mottled border. The patinated bronze urns at the center display elegant socle shaped pedestals and charming finely detailed classical scenes of males, females, and cherubs dancing and playing at the front and back. Remarkable scrolled tied fluted handles lead up each side centering the lightly curved necks. All original patina throughout. Shade Diameter: 22".
