About the Item

This elegant pair of mid-century Murano glass table lamps combines classic Italian craftsmanship with practical functionality ideal for bedside or living-room use. Each lamp is hand-blown in white opaline glass with soft spiral striations that create a gentle, glowing effect when lit. A three-light switch system allows the lamps to function as: • a soft inner-glow nightlight, • an upper-bulb reading lamp, • or both together for a richer, layered illumination. The brass-plated necks and bases show an attractive vintage patina, giving the pair the authentic character collectors appreciate. Both lamps are in excellent working condition, retaining their original inline switches and warm brass detailing, with light age-related spotting consistent with 1970s production. New US plugs installed. Their compact proportions and diffused glow make them especially well-suited as bedside table lamps, though they also work beautifully on consoles, side tables, or in a softly lit reading nook. A refined, atmospheric pair that blends mid-century design with timeless Murano appeal.
