About the Item

Offering a remarkable pair of completely restored vintage hand painted Chinese Tobacco Leaf lamps, circa Mid 20th Century. The lamps were disassembled, the ginger jars were thoroughly cleaned, the wood bases were freshly lacquered and new brass hardware added. The beautiful hand painted colorful leaves and flowers are done with a heavy textural glaze. Two slight hairlines at top of one lamp (hardly noticeable). SIZE: 29 inches to top of the finial. 19 inches to top of the socket. 14 inches to top of the porcelain body. 9.5 inches at the widest portion.
