DESCRIPTION: An exceptional and sculptural monolythic table lamp or night light, Post-Modernist, Pop, Space-Age, in a block of massive yellow amber fractal resin, illuminated transparently by a bulb recessed in the center of the base of the lamp, the set mounted on 4 small feet screwed into the mass... by Marie-Claude de Fouquières, France 1970.
The bulb, currently facing downwards, shines downwards. But, an "upward" arrangement is possible, and perhaps original, to illuminate the entire monolith transparently.

CONDITION: In beautiful original condition.
Minimal surface wear and scratches, some slight chips to the lower border (invisible).
