About the Item
A vintage post-modern white ceramic shell motif table lamp. Glazed in a crisp white ceramic, this light will add interest to any room. The overall shape is more of an oval, wide on the front and back, and skinner in depth. Overlapping trompe l'oeil ribbons decorate the front and back giving it a lovely texture and almost an art deco feel. The bottom is covered in felt, and the plug-in cord is in a transparent yellow. We love the idea of using a pleated Cipriani style shade on this lamp, perhaps in cream or a brighter hue. Style it on a side table, buffet, or in a powder bath. Wherever it finds its new home it is sure to be a conversation piece. We've tested this piece, and it works with no issues!
