Handcrafted Sculptural Giraffe Table Lamps in cast bronze made using the lost wax method. Comes as a pair, excludes lamp shades. Sculpted, cast and finished individually by hand.
Height 41 cm (includes brass light fittings, excludes lamp shades). Lamp shades not provided. Bronze table lamp with bronze base of L 23 cm x W 14 cm featuring a giraffe in cast bronze. Handmade. Patinas may vary. Brass light fitting.
Each sculptural table lamp is handmade and crafted meticulously in bronze using the lost wax method. Blending art and functionality with the rich, enduring beauty of this age-old material my bespoke furniture and lighting captures the magnificence of Africa's wildlife.

I am a self-taught South African artist whose work is inspired by Africa’s wildlife, landscapes, and people. My years as a safari guide gave me an intimate connection to the bush — a place that taught me everything I know about shape, form, and movement. You can’t sculpt what you don’t feel, and every moment spent observing wildlife offers a lesson in balance, grace, and presence.
I am drawn to bronze — an ancient material with a living surface that changes, deepens, and gains character over time, much like the landscapes and creatures that inspire me. Each patina adds its own mood and individuality, ensuring every piece carries its own quiet story.
My work ranges from bird, wildlife, figurative, abstract to African sculpture and bespoke sculptural furniture and lighting. Each piece is entirely handcrafted — sculpted, cast, chased, and patinated by me in my own foundry using the traditional lost-wax method.
Every creation reflects Africa’s beauty, strength, and spirit — enduring in material and authentic in character.
