This playful yet elegant table lamp is designed by Sebastian Herkner. Its unique shape and the name of the lamp is inspired by 'Mainkai', the German word for Main River Quay. It is the riverside boulevard in Frankfurt, Germany, close to the designer's home in Offenbach.
Man of Parts is a Canadian based design studio offering contemporary furniture and lighting. Born from the vision of German collector and travel enthusiast Stephan Weishaupt, this truly modern studio embodies a post-national perspective. Man of Parts creations are European-made and inspired from around the world. Their collections are thought through to the smallest detail, whether it's an armchair in Italian fabric, a wooden chair from Germany or an occasional table. Beyond the design of quality designer furniture, Man of Parts conveys a borderless way of life that is undeniably elegant.
