About the Item
A classic piano lamp from the Dutch De Stijl movement, dating from 1928. This lamp has recently been reissued in Germany by the company Tecnolumen. The lamp offered here bears the serial number 1376 and is in near-mint condition.
Classic piano lamp from the Dutch De Stijl movement, dating from 1928. Manufacturer's description: "The DS 28 piano lamp is a table lamp reduced to its basic forms, drawing on the design repertoire of the De Stijl movement. This lamp model was originally designed in 1928 by an unknown artist. It is ideally suited for pianos, but also works beautifully as library lighting. TECNOLUMEN has revived the original design and reproduced the De Stijl DS 28 piano lamp, adapted to modern technical standards.
Piano lamp made of chrome-plated or polished brass.
Each lamp is individually numbered and bears the TECNOLUMEN logo.
