About the Item
Hollywood Regency large Murano glass table lamps in the style of Seguso and Venini, Italy, 1970s. Each piece is composed of a silver chrome metal structure with a central sphere and 5 hand-blown Murano glass pieces, which provide to these sculptural table lamps a very Carnival and festivity vibe.
Very much in the style also of Philippe Barbier’s (Maison Barbier) French designs, and of Hustadt Leuchten’s German creations. They remain also of BD Lúmica, Estiluz and Metalarte’s Spanish lighting creations. Venini and Barovier
Toso Italian style.
Mid-Century Modern, Rococo and Brutalist style, with a certain Space Age air. This pair of table lamps offer both illumination and inspiration; they’re not just seen as a light sources but appreciated as a piece of fine art.
For one E27 bulb each piece (compatible with USA E26 bulbs). Original electrical installation reviewed and fully operational. LED compatible. Excellent conditon, with minimal wear on the silver chrome structure. Murano glass pieces in perfect condition; one of them has an impercetible manufacturing defect in the form a little crack inside of it. Lampshades not included. The measurements are without the lampshades.
Note: We always try to the fullest to respect and preserve as much as possible all the original elements of each piece (wiring, lampshade, finishes...) so as not to alter the original aesthetics and so that they can continue to have another life with their intact soul. That is why sometimes certain elements can present wear and tear, but they are part of the life of each piece, always providing a very pleasant patina.
