About the Item
This is an incredible lamp with a geometric or architectural feel. It has the Remington label on it, a lamp maker from the Hollywood Regency period. But it also has a label that says it was produced in Hong Kong. The lamp is of the period and shows some signs of age with little dings to the brass. However, it presents beautifully and with a modern aesthetic thanks to the cubed shape. It was an irresistible standout at a lighting auction last year. We have not seen this lamp often, and we think it will attract attention. We include it in our statement lighting list of honor.
The barrel shade is included.

The Stiffel lamp is eggshell color and ovoid shape. The contrast of the burnished brass and the light tan porcelain is beautiful. The circumference of the lamp is decorated with two green stripes. But a standout feature of this American classic is the tiger eye base. Stunning. There is a light tan glazing on the porcelain and the palette is neutral and versatile in a number of design plans. This Stiffel lamp was manufactured in America between 1925 and 1950.
The measurements are 33 inches tall, 8 inches wide and deep.
