About the Item
A Rare table lamp by Rotaflex/Heifetz from France. Rotaflex ARP was founded in the 1950s on initiative by Pierre Guariche, Joseph André Motte and Michel Mortier. ARP stood for Atelier de Recherches Plastiques. They came with the use of Cellulose Acetate to make the material look like glass. It has the same light-ness and subtlety as a Isamu Noguchi rice-paper table lamp.
This particular example is a bit of an odd-ball and it looks more like a design by Italian Rodolfo Dordoni then a French Rotaflex design and therefor we cannot guarantee that the base, unlike the shade, was made by Rotaflex.
Measurements: H: 30 cm, Diameter: 13/9 cm (middle/top).
For the US. It will come installed with a 110 watt adaptor plug ready for use.
