About the Item

Originally purchased in Boston. A classic deep convex mirror with multiple surrounds. The outer decorated with X shaped motifs on each side, a deep curved band with gilt spheres, an inner thin leafy band, and innermost ribbed ebonized surround. Diam. 22 1/2", Depth 2 3/4" Condition: For restoration. The balls with deterioration and losses to the gilt and age-related wear to the gilt X motifs however retaining a refined presentation.
