A lovely example of a traditional English Regency convex mirror.
The giltwood frame is decorated with regularly spaced balls. The original plate is foxed around the edge and again - as is traditional - the mirror is convex. Please take a look at all the pictures to see the detail of this English antique mirror.
Early 19th century, beautiful craftsmanship.
The diameter of the mirror itself is 41cm. The frame is 58cm across.
