About the Item

This is a large and stunning antique mirror. It was made in France in the 19th century and it retains the original paint on the frame, the original glass and the original paneled back. The narrow frame is elegantly detailed - please take a close look at the pictures of the frame design. The glass is foxed, as one would expect with a mirror of this age. Simple, elegant design, but decorative nonetheless. It's unusal to find a mirror of this size from this period of time.
