A fine and large Gilt wood Mantle Mirror with Empire and Regency styling, designed with three divided rectangular mirror plates in a carved and gilt frame with a straight moulded top trimmed with a border of spheres over a wide scene of ribbon swags. Corinthian style fluted columns flank the sides.
Dimensions: 59 1/4" L x 38" H x 4 3/4" D
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age and use include one missing sphere to top left. Losses to the gilding, chips, wear consistent with age and being mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is particularly fine.
