About the Item
A fine vertical over mantle mirror with gilt scroll carved cornice and surround, accented with a carved reticulated arch inset surround with lattice work flanking the mirror, along with carved full barley twist columns. The mirror is probably Italian in origin, dating to the 20th century, in very good overall condition, with some minor finish wear, shrinkage cracks, and other minor imperfections and light wear commensurate with age and use.
