About the Item
A rather odd matching pair of late 19th century French mirrors, will appliqué leatherwork.
Each mirror is profusely covered with leather flowers and foliage, over a thick pine caucus. The original mercury plates have a wonderful oxidastion and pitting only obtained from time, age related wear and abrasions to the leatherwork with the odd loss.
