About the Item

This Biedermeier mirror dates back to 1820 and comes from southern Germany. It features a pretty cherry veneer and has two ebonized half columns with gilt wood carved capitals and bases. The top of the mirror has an eboinzed arched section which is decorated with a gilt wood carving of two putti with flowers. This original 19th century charming mirror is in very good original condition. The mirror glass is original with traces of age.
