About the Item
A tall gold gilt and gesso English Regency Pier mirror glass. Very well and profusely decorated pediment, with columned uprights and capitals. Warm and soft patina and gilt work, mirror plate in good order with boarded back. Shaped inner slip to mirror, the stepped pediment with arabesque, acanthus, and laurel decoration.
