About the Item
A fine tall French arch top wall or over-mantle mirror or floor standing mirror. from the Louis Philippe period, circa 1860.
Featuring a moulded frame surround with a beautiful patinated gold-leaf and graceful arched top, with an etched geometric cross hatch design around the circumference. A continuous row of oversized gesso beads neatly frame the original mirror plate.
