Nostalgic antique Art Nouveau to Victorian tabletop vanity mirror composed of a mix of brass, copper,
bronze stand w/hand stamped decorative off-set crown piece, original oval beveled mirror w/tilt, candle holders on each side,
an embossed rectangular base with brass feet. Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, there is wear to the plating which only enhances its beauty. Please see photos, zoom in for details, and see long description as they are part of the condition report. This is a gorgeous antique tabletop vanity mirror composed of a wonderful mix of brass, copper, and bronze stand with a lovely hand stamped off-set crown piece featuring decorative floral details, branches,
birds, the original 17.5h x 23w oval beveled mirror with a tilt option,
candle holders on each side of the mirror, AND, it all stands dignified upon a fantastic rectangular embossed base with beautiful brass feet. I mean, back in the day this was much like the modern LED make-up mirrors all the ladies love!! What an alluring ambiance it exudes when the lighted candles bounce off of the reflection of the mirror!! What a gorgeous glow!!! And although we love it exactly as it is using candles in the holders, you could add electric components if you really wanted to. It would be wonderful utilized as a vanity mirror on a counter in your bathroom, in your bedroom dressing area, or sitting on a table among foliage
artwork, or simply standing solo on a table in an entry. This piece is ideal for any room that could use a splash of sophisticated Art Nouveau to Victorian style! Ok folks… Time to take a moment to “reflect” on this decision, and then just do it!! Make it YOURS!!!
