Antique 19th Century Very Large Gilt Overmantle Floor or Wall Mirror – Fine Quality
Full of authentic charm and character, this impressive large 19th century gilt overmantle mirror is a rare decorative find that would make a striking statement in the right setting. With generous proportions and an elegant gilt frame, it can be displayed either floor standing or wall hung, in portrait or landscape orientation, offering excellent versatility.

Condition
Very good antique condition overall, showing expected signs of age including minor historic knocks, marks, losses, wear, and imperfections consistent with period pieces. The later replacement mirrored glass is in very good condition. A few historic (now extinct) woodworm holes are present and have been treated. The strips of plywood on the back are for transport purposes only.
