About the Item
Baroque-style wall mirror with projecting corners and a central mascaron crest in a pyramidal composition. The frame is richly decorated with embossed and gilded metal mounts featuring fruit and foliage motifs, complemented by tortoiseshell inlays. The frame rises toward the center, lending it a sculptural and architectural presence. The mirror plate is of later date.
